With the aim of encouraging the knowledge of the Instagram account @canariasimprovisa whose owner is Irene Luisa Álvarez Rodríguez with address at Ladera Pintora 8, La Esperanza 38290, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and provided with the N.I.F. 54047648V and email festival@canariasimprovisa.com, promotes the draw called “Canarias Improvisa” (hereinafter, the “Canarias Improvisa Instagram Sweepstakes”) which will be governed by the present legal bases:
This promotion is only valid for residents of the Canary Islands.
Participation in this promotion is free of charge.
The Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in the Canary Islands.
The period during which it will be possible to participate in the Sweepstakes will begin on June 12 at 10:00 (Canary Islands time) and will end on June 20 at 10:00 (Canary Islands time), both inclusive.
The contest is aimed at adults and residents of the Canary Islands. The contestant will have to: Like the post, mention two people with whom you will not miss the I Festival de Improvisación Teatral de Canarias, share in stories so that it has greater reach. Any disrespect, impoliteness or humiliation in the contest immediately disqualifies the contestant.
The drawing will be held on April 20 at 10:00 a.m. after the promotion closes and a winner will be chosen.
This sweepstakes will consist of a single winner, who will be selected through the easypromos platform, which will issue a certificate of validity.
The prize consists of a double season ticket for the adult performances of: “Solo. Un musical de amor improvisado” and “Bagagem”.
The prize will be subject to the following conditions:
– Prizes may not be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winning participant.
– The winning participant may renounce the prize obtained, but in no case will an alternative prize be offered, nor will such renunciation give any right to indemnification or compensation.
– The prize cannot be transferred to another person; if the contestant cannot go, another person cannot go on his/her behalf.
– Contestants will not be accepted without the requested data for the enjoyment of the prize.
– The winner must provide his/her information when requested.
On June 20 at 10:00 a.m. Canarias Improvisa will announce the winner.
Canarias Improvisa will contact the winner via Instagram. Canarias Improvisa may publish the winner’s details on the different social networks.
The Winner will receive an email from Canarias Improvisa with a Document of Acceptance of the Prize that he/she must respond within (1) calendar day by the means indicated for this purpose, with the data and documentation requested, and duly signed, as proof of acceptance of the Prize.
If the winner is not contacted after 24 hours, he/she will automatically lose the right to obtain the Prize and it will be awarded to the Alternate who occupies the first place on the list, according to the order of extraction.
The effective delivery of the Prize will be made according to the terms and form described in the Document of Acceptance of the Prize, being this conditioned to the remission of said Document, as described in the preceding paragraph, as well as to the fulfillment of the conditions of these Legal Bases.
The winner must go to the box office of the Teatro Leal and/or Aguere Espacio Cultural on the agreed date to pick up the tickets.
In the event that Canarias Improvisa detects any anomaly or suspicions that any participant is hindering the normal development of the Sweepstakes, harming the purposes of the same, or carrying out any other action, the following should be reported to Canarias Improvisa
Canarias Improvisa reserves the right to cancel the participation of the participant(s) involved, without prejudice to any other legal measures it may deem appropriate.
In this regard, Canarias Improvisa has enabled the necessary technological supports to detect any fraudulent, irregular or fraudulent action that may attempt to alter the normal operation of this Sweepstakes.
In this promotion, Canarias Improvisa is exonerated from any liability that may arise from any circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the mechanics of the Sweepstakes and, in particular, the delivery of the Prize.
In the same sense, the described entities shall in no case be liable for any damages, of any nature, direct, indirect and/or circumstantial, whether immediate or deferred, that may appear on the occasion or as a consequence of the enjoyment of the Prize.
Any claims arising out of this Sweepstakes must be submitted within three (3) months of the date of the Sweepstakes.
Canarias Improvisa will use the personal data of its customers to identify the Winner and Alternates of the Sweepstakes. In this regard, the Member Entities undertake to comply with the provisions of the Organic Law
15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, approving the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition that may correspond to them, in the established form that regulates their relationship with Canarias Improvisa Authorization of use of name and transfer of image rights The winner authorizes Canarias Improvisa to reproduce and use his/her name, surname and image, in any advertising or promotional activity in any support or media (TV, Internet, Social Networks or others) related to this Sweepstakes, worldwide and with a temporary duration of two (2) years from the date of acceptance of the Prize, without this conferring any right of remuneration or benefit, with the exception of the
Award received. This consent may be revoked at any time by the winner, who must compensate Canarias Improvisa for any damages caused.
Participation in the Sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the acceptance of Canarias Improvisa’s criterion in the interpretative decisions it may make.
Canarias Improvisa, in the event of force majeure beyond its control, reserves the right to make any changes, suspend, shorten or extend this Sweepstakes, and undertakes to give such modifications the same degree of publicity as these Legal Bases.
This promotion shall be governed by current Spanish common law.
For any controversy that may arise from the interpretation and application of these Legal Bases, Canarias Improvisa and the Adhering Entities, as well as the participants of this Sweepstakes, expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid city, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that by law may correspond to the consumer.
